Currently we are able ship wine directly to the following states:
CA, CO, HI, ID, IL, IA, MN, MO, NM, OR, WA, WI, & WV.
We can ship wine to most other states through our third-party fulfillment company. If Archium Cellars is unable to ship directly to your state, please contact us by phone or e-mail to fulfill your transaction offline.
Returns
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the
customer finds unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of
alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also
unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather
conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please
send an email to info@archiumcellars.com to arrange for the return of a corked or flawed product.
