The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic
beverages from Archium Cellars. Receipt of shipments containing
alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult 21 years of age
or older.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Currently we ship directly to the following states: CA, CO, HI, ID, IL, IA, MN, MO, NM, OR, WA, WI, & WV.
We can ship wine to most other states through our third-party
fulfillment company. If Archium Cellars is unable to ship directly to
your state, please contact us by phone or e-mail to fulfill your
transaction offline.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of
temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely
affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Archium Cellars will
attempt to chose a shipping date very carefully. If the customer
specifies a unique shipping date it is the responsibility of the
customer to reschedule shipment due to temperature.
Returns & Cancellations
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the
customer finds unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of
alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also
unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather
conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please
send an email to info@archiumcellars.com to arrange for the return of a corked or flawed product.
